I am really happy I purchased this app. The few dollars is really worth the training this app gives you. I really learned a lot from it. I thought that the interface was pretty well designed. I liked that the app was strait forward and easy to use. I am going to recommend this app to all of my friend who want to become pilots. Nothing substitutes for flight hours but this app is really a must have. If fills in the gaps and answers important questions. Thanks!
I downloaded this app for my fiancé a few weeks after he started his program. He loves it and takes the iPad on his commute. Its easy to track his progress by recording and comparing his scores for different quizzes, and reviewing the answers to the ones he gets wrong. His nonverbal reasoning has really improved. I help him with the psychology questions and do mock interviews. With all the money he spends on books for school, its nice that I can buy a 5 dollar app that he uses all the time.
Im graduating this year and Ive been applying to pilot schools across the country. I downloaded Get your wings because I wanted to get an idea of the kinds of things Ill be learning when I finally pick a school. Reading about tests and drills in a book is one thing-I like being able to interact with an app when Im learning. The coordination exercises and 3d spacial orientation are cool, Im on medium mode now and I think Ill be able to try hard soon. My math skills are definitely getting better, too. This was exactly what I was looking for and Im pretty excited about my career choice.
It really turned out to be waaay beyond my expectations. I can’t even describe how helpful this app was. I really like the detail that the developer put into this app. He/ she really know what he/she was doing. Thanks so much ☺.
I purchased this app for my daughter who is in the midst of trying to decide if shed like to become a pilot after high school. Shes already taken a few flight lessons so I bought her this app so she can get a feel for what to expect. She loves this app! Its definitely worth the $4.99 and then some. Ive been helping her go through the questions and I also think its a great tool for her. This app gives you many different aptitude tests, examples of interview questions, typical psychology questions, and even coordination exercises that range from easy to medium to hard. Its very easy to use and its great that she can keep track of her scores and keep improving. I highly recommend this app to anyone interested in becoming a pilot!
